Claude Mc Master | President and CEO
M. Claude Mc Master, joined D-BOX in 2003 and counts more than 20 years of experience in management of technology businesses. Prior to joining the D-BOX team, Mr. Mc Master was the Partner in charge of the High Tech sector for the Province of Quebec in the Corporate Finance Division at Arthur Andersen. He has also held the position of Vice President of Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young.
Philippe Roy | Chief Technology Officer
As co-founder of D-BOX Technologies, Mr. Philippe Roy has over 25 years of expertise in overseeing R&D and manufacturing projects as well as business development in North America, Europe and Asia. He led the development of a computerized music synthesizer, active and passive speakers, as well as D-BOX's unique motion technology.
Luc Audet | Chief Financial Officer
Member of "L'Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec" (Institute of Chartered accountants), Mr. Audet has more than 25 years of experience in finance and business administration. He has occupied senior management positions, amongst others, with public companies. His areas of expertise include financing strategies, financial reporting and internal control as well as investor relations.
Sylvain Trottier | Vice President, Operations
Mr. Trottier counts more than 15 years experience in product design, testing and manufacturing in high-tech sectors related to D-BOX activities, such as micro-electronics, software, and optics. He has participated and supervised teams in both large and small businesses, where he played a key role in fast growing and very successful launches of new products.
Guy Marcoux | Vice President, Marketing
Mr. Marcoux counts more than 15 years experience in marketing, communications and product management in the telecommunications sector, working primarily for Telus Mobility where he played a key role in successful product launches.
Yannick Gemme | Director, Home Theatre and OEM Division
Mr. Gemme was appointed Director, Home Theatre and OEM Division in November, 2011. Joining D-BOX Technologies in 2005, he previously served as Senior Account Executive, Account Manager and Customer Service Representative. Mr. Gemme has extensive experience in business and customer relations in the electronics industry.
